Recently OSHA announced key changes to its reporting and recordkeeping requirements. OSHA’s updated recordkeeping rule expands the list of severe injuries and illnesses that employers must report to OSHA. As of Jan. 1, 2015, all employers under OSHA jurisdiction must report all work-related fatalities within 8 hours.
